Most metal forms cast in place are impossible to remove. They must be isolated from the concrete to prevent harmful vibration. Additional information on this repair can be found on our Repair Sheet R5.

1. Make cuts just past spalling and remove. Cuts should be 1" deep minimum.

2. Allow MM-80 liquid to flow into cracks...

3. Then use sand modified MM-80 and fill void flush floor.

Straighten metal as much as possible.
